years, HTE Labs has actively participated in process developments addressing the needs of microelectronic

mechanisms in every step of fabrication process. The wafer fab operation
is 100% paper less. All specifications and procedures are being accessed
by operators at one of the 6 intelligent terminals located in wafer fab.
HTELabs is targeting to achieve ISO type certification in a very near future.
